What is Resort Rewards?
Resort Rewards is our way of rewarding and communicating with our most loyal casino guests. When you play with your Resort Rewards club card, you'll earn points that can be used for free play, cash, meals, spa treatments, golf at TPC Las Vegas, hotel stays and merchandise. You'll also be earning towards a higher tier status and increased privileges. You can turn your Resort Rewards card into a Summerlin card and your Summerlin card into a Summerlin Elite card. You will also be eligible to receive slot play offers based on your play as well as entries in to exciting promotions and drawings.
I’m new to the Rampart Casino rewards program. Why should I get a Resort Rewards card?
Signing up for a Resort Rewards card is free and easy, and when you play in the casino using your card you can earn exciting rewards and benefits. When you insert your card into a slot or video poker machine our computerized system tracks your play and preferences, giving us the data we need to reward you with points and to send you valuable special offers.
How do I use my Resort Rewards card?
Just place your card in the slot machine reader and make sure that it reads "accepted" or that information begins to scroll on the reader. If you are playing table games just give the Floor Supervisor the card and they will manually enter your play.
What is the point structure and how will that impact my play and rewards?
The Resort Rewards point structure will allow you to earn points faster. Our point earning and redemption schedule makes it easier for you to directly compare Resort Rewards with other casino programs and see that ours offers the best value for your play. When you play in the casino you'll earn one (1) point for every $1 coin-in on slots or one (1) point for every $2 coin-in on video poker. It takes just 200 points to earn $1 in cash, free slot play, or comps.
How do I earn a point?
It's easy! You earn one (1) point for every $1 coin-in played on a reel slot machine and every $2 coin-in played on a video poker machine. You can also earn comps at the tables based on length of play, average bet and game type.
Why do I need to use my Resort Rewards card to get “perks?”
The card is used as a bridge between the casino and you. Without using the card we are unable to track your play preferences. Without this information we cannot extend exciting offers and rewards to you that we know you will enjoy.
What are the Resort Rewards tiers?
Our three-tier program includes Resort Rewards, Summerlin, and Summerlin Elite levels. Qualifying points for each tier are based on earning periods from September - February and March - August. Once you qualify for a tier you'll keep that status for six months. Visit the Resort Rewards Center to check your current tier level and qualification point level. Each tier level offers a variety of benefits and rewards, and the higher your tier level the more rewards you'll receive!
How do I get to be a Summerlin cardholder or Summerlin Elite cardholder?
Over a 6-month period, simply accumulate 80,000 points based on your play using your Resort Rewards card at Rampart Casino to earn Summerlin card level. Over a 6-month period, simply accumulate 400,000 points based on your play using your Resort Rewards card at Rampart Casino to earn Summerlin Elite card level.
What does being a Summerlin cardholder get me?
Being a Summerlin cardholder entitles you to many exclusive benefits such as birthday offers, bonus offers for comps, free tickets to entertainment, dining discounts, access to the Summerlin Room Lounge and much more.
What does being a Summerlin Elite cardholder get me?
You receive all the benefits of being a Summerlin cardholder as well as priority service in our casino, restaurants, Resort Rewards Center, special exclusive event invitations, dining offers, hotel stays and more.
Do I have to redeem my points to qualify for a higher tier?
No, we evaluate the number of points earned over a 6-month period, not whether you have used or saved them. Enjoy your points as you wish.
When does my point balance expire?
That's the best part; your point balance will never expire as long as you visit the casino and earn 1 point every 12 months. You can bank your points and use them for what you want, when you want; YOU are in control!
Where can I use my point balance?
You can redeem your points for cash, free slot play or use as comps in any of our outlets listed in the club brochure. Stop by the Resort Rewards Center or check our website for a full list of the benefits.
Can I use my points at resort restaurants?
Yes! You can use your points at resort restaurants. Just make sure to give your Resort Rewards card to the cashier at the restaurant and they will take care of you.
How do I know my point balance?
You can check your point balance on any slot machine reader, at the Resort Rewards Center, and at any kiosk machine on the gaming floor.
Why does my neighbor receive different offers in the mail than what I receive?
We cannot discuss customers' gaming offers with other customers. However, Resort Rewards promotions and offers are based on tracked casino play using your Resort Rewards card.
Why does my card expire?
Summerlin and Summerlin Elite club cards expire so that we can make sure members are not taking advantage of tier benefits they no longer qualify for, based on their points earned during the previous qualification period. Placing expiration dates on the cards ensures that we are offering our best benefits and privileges to those members who earned it.
Are there any new slot machines?
One of our priorities is providing guests with new and exciting slot machines and game themes. We are regularly adding the latest and most popular games to the casino. What kind of promotions are in the casino?
When you play with your Resort Rewards club card you'll earn entry into exciting monthly cash and free play drawings or other great promotions. At times we'll offer points multiplier days where you can earn two times, three times, or four times points for your play, or Hot Seat drawings where we'll randomly select a winner from those playing in the casino at the moment. We'll also be putting together other fun offers to reward you, like pick-a-card, match-and-win, and free swipe offers.
